Watchful Hearts Program

We have a special care program created to monitor a patient’s developments through multiple daily visits.

Through our Watchful Hearts care model, we have the capacity to see our patients every single day. With a higher level of patient interaction, our staff can easily identify an expectant decline in a patient’s condition. The Watchful Hearts Program was developed to ensure every patient receives the care that they deserve at end of life. Because an ExpectCare staff member is present frequently throughout the day, we can easily identify when the passing of a patient could be imminent. At that point, we exhaust every effort to stay by their side.
